When conditions allow, spend the day skiing across to Méribel, Mottaret, Val Thorens and Les Menuires, discovering wide-open slopes, picturesque villages and breathtaking views along the way.
Skiing for every ability
Beginners can build their confidence on Courchevel’s gentle green and blue runs, with nursery slopes close to the chalet. More experienced skiers can seek out steep black runs and the famous Grand Couloir, while snowboarders will find varied terrain to suit their ability and appetite for adventure.
Whether you prefer relaxed mornings on the slopes or full days exploring the mountains, the choice is yours.
Ski and boot hire
There are several ski and boot hire shops in Courchevel Village. We particularly recommend Intersport, whose team has looked after our guests for many years, providing friendly, attentive service and helping everyone find the right equipment.
Discounted hire is usually available for chalet guests – please ask us for details before booking.
Lessons and ski school
We highly recommend ESF Courchevel, which offers group lessons in English alongside private tuition. Whether you are finding your feet on skis or refining your technique, lessons are a great way to build confidence and make the most of your stay.
For private lessons, chalet collection may also be arranged with your instructor.
Children are well looked after
Families are well catered for, with ESF childcare and Club Piou Piou close to the chalet. Younger children can enjoy time playing and discovering the snow, while older children develop their skiing skills in a supportive environment.
With full-day and half-day options, you can plan time on the mountain knowing your children are enjoying their own Alpine adventure. Please check current age requirements and availability with ESF when booking.
